On-screen character Karl Urban, who played Judge Dredd in Dredd, has been one of the best promoters for a follow-up to the faction commendable superhero movie, and things being what they are he’s said that he’d love to rehash the part in case he can. In fact, no doubt the overall public behind the best in class Judge Dredd: Mega-City One agree, and they require him back if he can fit the show into his timetable.
In a present scene of the 2000 AD Thrill-Cast Mega-City One creator Brian Jenkins revealed that he and whatever is left of the gathering are thoroughly prepared with respect to Karl Urban making an entry as the moral if-serious law ace:
“We have had many conversations prior to this, about all sorts of things. He’s also very busy, a full-time professional actor. So we’re going to have some long and complicated conversations I would imagine, and we’ll see where we go. It’s too early to tell yet, but if we can use him and he’s available to us, then I think that would be absolutely brilliant. There’s always a possibility he will be busy, or that his schedule for other movies won’t allow- basically, we don’t know at this stage.”
Fans needed a TV spin-off of Dredd, and keeping in mind that it isn’t certain regardless of whether the show is set in a similar form of the Judge Dredd progression that we found in that film, they may get their desire similarly as far as observing a greater amount of Urban as the man who is the law.
