DC’s Birds of Prey film has discovered its Huntress and Black Canary.
Variety reports that Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Jurnee Smollett-Bell are joining Margot Robbie in the up and coming DC Comics motion picture. Winstead has been given a role as Huntress while Smollett-Bell is ready as Black Canary.
Cathy Yan is set to direct the motion picture from a content written by Bumblebee author Christina Hodson. The film is relied upon to start shooting right on time one year from now for a February 2020 release.
Robbie, who made her DC Extended Universe make a big appearance in 2016’s Suicide Squad, is returning as Harley Quinn and is additionally creating the undertaking nearby Sue Kroll and Bryan Unkeless. Plot points of interest are being held under wraps, however, it’s realized that Batman rival Black Mask is the film’s villain.
The undertaking revolves around the main group of female heroes and villains in view of the DC Comics characters and ideas made by Jordan B. Gorfinkel and Chuck Dixon. Renee Montoya and Cassandra Cain are two other DC characters that are relied upon to show up in the motion picture.
