The CW has released the official synopsis for The Flash mid season finale episode titles,”The Present” which will air on December 6th.
Team Flash riggings up for their yearly Christmas scene, while Barry heads to Earth-3 to meet with Jay Garrick in the trusts of enlisting him to fight Alchemy and Savitar, The God of Speed.
Behind the scene photographs have shown glimpses of Mark Hamill who will reprise his role as notorious “The Trickster” in this episode- in spite of the fact that closet and setting hints proposed he would have been the Trickster of Earth-3, setting him against John Wesley Shipp’s The Flash.
(Something that fans have been sitting tight for since the declaration that Hamill – The Trickster on the 1990 rendition of the show which featured Shipp as Barry Allen – would show up on The Flash.)
Shipp, who played Henry Allen in the initial two seasons of The Flash, showed up quickly in the season’s second episode this year as Jay Garrick, however has yet to have much time to tissue out the character and give knowledge into how much backstory is having an effect on everything with the character.
You can look at the official synopsis below.
